4R Rejuvenation Retreat for Women

What fun to host a 4R Rejuvenation Retreat for Women with my Life Group ladies today!

We did it all--laughed, cried, ate, relaxed, shared over God's Word.

And worked on crafts! Here, we're using a simple template to make mini-cards and envelopes out of scrap-booking paper, card stock, stamps, ink, and stickers.

A finished card and envelope!

While we worked on crafts, shared stories of God's faithfulness, and swapped household tips, each of us took a turn getting a massage!

Thank you Debbie Hill for bringing your massage chair and offering your services!
What an awesome house-call!

What delightful fodder for a nonfiction book project I'm currently working on:
4R Rejuvenation Retreat for Women!

If you have a beauty secret, craft idea, tip for a restful night's sleep, exercise tip, tablescape idea, or recipe you'd like me to include in the book, post your comment here, along with your tip.
Please include your name and occupation.

If you post a comment, I'll send you a COMPLIMENTARY 4R Rejuvenation bookmark!

Looks like you had tons of fun...and a massage to boot!
My cold has my head all muddled right now. I will give it some thought and see if I can come up with something to add to your book. Sounds great!

Sorry to hear that, Debbie. Sounds like you need a little rest and relaxation. ;) Praying you feel better soon. And thanks for your thoughts about the book.
