Second Chance book giveaway

My latest novel, Second Chance, is all about, well, second chances  :).

God gives Mave a chance to breathe new life into her stale marriage in the second half of life.

God gives Dareece a chance to leave gang life and drug dealing, once and for all.

After twenty years of homeschooling, God gave me a fresh platform for sharing Him with others in my second half of life.

What about you?

Has God provided a second chance somewhere along the way?

Share your "second chance" with my readers and automatically enter to win a complimentary copy of my book, SECOND CHANCE. Winner announced on June 25.

More than once God has given me a second chance.
There are even some days when God gives me a second chance to do the right thing.
God is so good.

I feel like my writing has given me a second chance to create in the second half of my life. :)

Wow, yes, Donna, how well I can relate to that! Our creative God gives us the privilege and responsibility to create along with Him through our words. Your book title sounds intriguing! Thanks for dropping in!

God gave me a second chance at love after the death of my husband. I told God I would never marry again. God had other plans and I married my adult sunday school teacher!! Boy am I happy God didn't listen to me. We have been married almost 8 1/2 years. God is good!

Blessings!

Oh, how God must have grieved with you over your husband's abandonment. He is near to the wife deserted and rejected (Isa. 54:6).

What a sweet God we serve!

Thanks for the visit, Rhonda!

WOW! This looks like a really good book! And I can say that I am living a second chance! I had a TBI ~10 years ago, and I've had to practically start over a second time!

I sure hope I win this book because obtaining it any other way isn't likely! I'm nowhere near an English CHRISTIAN bookstore!

I think I get a second chance every day. With five kiddos it tends to get chaotic and I don't always handle it with grace. We ALL learn from my shortcomings and God's forgiveness.

I like the sound of your book!

Thanks for that beautiful reminder, Jackie, that everyday is a another chance to love and serve the Lord. I've been reading through the Psalms and came to chapter 148 this morning. Wow, you can't feel discouraged for long with words like, "Praise the Lord! Praise him sun and moon . . . all you shining stars . . . you highest heavens and you waters above the skies . . . .you ocean depths . . . . kings of the earth and all nations . . . young men and maidens, old men and children. Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted! His splendor is above the earth and the heavens. He has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his saints . . . Praise the Lord!" Amen and amen! After reading that this morning, I had to pack away my gloomies, as Barb Johnson used to say, and get on about the business of serving my Father.

And, yes, with five children, Jessie, I'm sure there's never a dull moment. What an opportunity to learn to breathe deeply His grace one moment at a time.

Thanks, Ladies, for stopping by!
