Wow, Eileen, you and I have so much in common. Not only did I homeschool my children, but I also had a panic attack that sent me to the hospital. I thought I was having a heart attack at the time. I, too, learned how to breathe through later attacks. That breathing can also help when I have hot flashes; you know, that feeling of dread that comes at the beginning of each flush.
Your "Breathe Deeply My Grace" devotions sound great. I am once again reading through the Bible, beginning in Genesis. (I am in Exodus now) I am looking forward to what you have to say about God's grace.
Have a wonderful weekend and God bless!
Isn't it neat how God puts people together who share a common journey? We need never feel alone that way. Thanks for sharing a piece of your story.
